Her years of experience in the heat of the kitchen and managing cafes, or working in management at a local FMCG company mean she has excellent understanding of the issues both Hospitality and Food producers face. Most recently teaching marketing and management, this has honed her skills and she promotes innovative solutions to improve the day-to-day processes for any business setting.
